Derek is a graduate from McMaster University. Derek is a family man, his beautiful partner together have two children. Derek is athletic nature competing in swimming and skiing at early ages and most recently training for a marathon.  He continues to be an enthusiastic member of the community.  Derek challenges himself mentally with his involvement in service clubs and volunteers within the community.

Derek was raised in a real estate family; his current Team consists of his partner handling administration and marketing.
